Louhen korpit dance group

 

Louhen korpit is a dance group practicing and performing historical dances, folk dances and new arrangements of historical dance patterns. Our group was founded in 2010 and works under the local LARP group OIEI ry.

 

We practice twice a month, on Mondays, at Kaijonharjun nuorisotalo (Kalevalantie 5, Oulu), from 7 PM to 8.45 PM. As the summer arrives, we shall move the party outdoors.  We are happy to see new dancers - you just need to show up. It's free, and most of the dances are easy to learn.

 

Wear your everyday normal, comfy clothes. Our schedule tends to live a bit, so confirm the dates beforehand and feel free to ask questions in our Facebook group.
